I feel like a big success in my journey has been gaining confidence in the classroom and setting my own classroom standards and expectations. I have been able to learn and observe from teachers who are also early on in their careers (ECTs) to gather behaviour management strategies. Implementing these strategies has transformed my practise while building strong relationships with pupils through firm but fair expectations.
