I have experienced a number of successes in my home placement. In my year 10 class I have been able to break down teaching activities into manageable chunks for a lower ability class. With my form group I have been making a weekly numeracy quiz which the pupils look forward to each week which has also created a positive learning environment. I was also able to be involved in Open Evening, organising different activities for parents and aspiring pupils which helped to create a successful event.
